Operational CRM solutions

As of today, our customers are mainly using SugarCRM or Salesforce CRM :

 

  • Salesforce CRM is the strong leader of the CRM market (Top of the Gartner Magic Quadrant). Salesforce is available in several editions which can address all businesses from very small enterprises to very large accounts. When you are a Salesforce.com customer, your data and application are fully hosted and administrated by Salesforce.com. The users can access Salesforce CRM from any web browser, but can also use the salesforce specific application from their iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry and Android.   • SugarCRM is the #1 Open-Source CRM software. It is available in 3 editions including 1 free edition and 2 commercial editions. SugarCRM is mainly targeting midmarket companies and can be hosted on customer's site or outside by a partner like us. Like Salesforce CRM, SugarCRM is fully developed for web browsers and can be accessed from anywhere. It has also some specific applications for mobility like the Sugar Mobile application for the iPhone. More information on www.sugarcrm.com

 

Analytical CRM solutions (Business Intelligence tools)

All the main CRM operational solutions (ike SugarCRM and Salesforce CRM of course, but also other solutions like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP CRM or Oracle Siebel CRM) include some reporting and dashboard functions.

When a customer wants to have more advanced reporting or analysis capabilities, we can work with some tools like Talend (for extracting and transforming data, then loading in a datawarehouse ; more information on www.talend.com), Microstrategy (for dynamic analysis and reporting on big volumes of data ; more information on www.microstrategy.com), Qlikview (for advanced graphics, reporting and analysis over the web ; more information on www.qlikview.com) or MyReport (for advanced reporting within Microsoft Excel ; more information on www.reportone.fr).

Obviously, these Business Intelligence tools can manage other data than the one extracted from Operational CRM tools, so that our customers can produce dashboards with high quality information based on several data sources.
