CRM & BI solutions for our customers
The softwares that we implement are mainly divided in 2 categories : operational softwares (with Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation and Customer Service) and analytical softwares (Business Intelligence, OLAP, reporting, segmentation...).

As of today, our customers are mainly using SugarCRM or Salesforce CRM :
All the main CRM operational solutions (ike SugarCRM and Salesforce CRM of course, but also other solutions like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP CRM or Oracle Siebel CRM) include some reporting and dashboard functions.
When a customer wants to have more advanced reporting or analysis capabilities, we can work with some tools like Talend (for extracting and transforming data, then loading in a datawarehouse ; more information on www.talend.com), Microstrategy (for dynamic analysis and reporting on big volumes of data ; more information on www.microstrategy.com), Qlikview (for advanced graphics, reporting and analysis over the web ; more information on www.qlikview.com) or MyReport (for advanced reporting within Microsoft Excel ; more information on www.reportone.fr).
Obviously, these Business Intelligence tools can manage other data than the one extracted from Operational CRM tools, so that our customers can produce dashboards with high quality information based on several data sources.
